Description

20’ shipping container office. 1900 watts of solar on the roof with a Growatt 3000 watt 120/240 inverter. This container can be run solely off batteries or you can just plug it in. Without the batteries it’s self-sufficient with the sun up if you don’t have it plugged in. The price is $18,000 without the batteries or $26,000 with. There are six 5.12 KWh EG4 lithium 48v batteries in total. It has a 9,000 BTU Senville mini split, air and heat pump, works great. The entire container and floor are closed-cell spray foamed. It’s insulated very well: it’s framed and has cedar planks for interior walls.The wind turbine will not be included unless customer is interested for $750.
